Quotes

  • Russell M. Nelson: Who are we? We are children of God. Our potential is unlimited. Our inheritance is sacred.

  • Howard W. Hunter: In the message of the Gospel, the entire human race is one family descended from a single God.

  • Rosemary M. Wixon: We may live in different countries and cultures but as women our purpose is the same, and that unity and spirit is need in this day.

  • Patrick Kearon: Let us share hope for a brighter future, faith in God and in our fellowman and love that sees beyond cultural and ideological differences.

  • Dieter F. Uchtdorf: I testify that the doctrine of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ is the faith of our Heavenly Father. God desires that all of his children receive it irrespective of their background, culture, or tradition. True religion should not originate from what pleases men or the traditions of ancestors, but rather from what pleases God, our eternal Father.

  • Russell M. Nelson: Today listen to someone with a different opinion. Opportunities to listen to those of diverse religious or political persuasion can promote tolerance and learning.

  • Sheri L. Dew: Our father knew exactly what he was doing when he created us. He made us enough alike to love each other but enough different that we would need to unite our strengths and stewardships to create a whole.

  • Dieter F. Uchtdorf: The Savior loves all of God’s children regardless of their socioeconomic circumstance, race, religion, language, political orientation, nationality, or any other grouping. And so should we!

  • Henry B. Eyring: The children of God have more in common than they have differences.

  • Dieter F. Uchtdorf: We need everyone’s wisdom and insight and spiritual strength.

  • Dieter F. Uchtdorf: Your diversity is a strength. There is room for you here.
